All items are thrifted or donated to us and then upcycled! So yes, they are all pre loved items. However, all clothing is hand selected and carefully reviewed to ensure they are of high quality and ready to be loved again :)

once item is shipped and handed to the post office, we are no longer responsible for the package.

If items are lost or damaged in the mail please contact the postal provider.

Screenprinted & painted items: All inks are heat set and washing machine friendly. We always suggest washing and drying inside out to prevent direct impact on the design. Treat your clothes like ya love em for best results! <3
